When you sign in to Beacon using Google Sign-In, we collect:

• Your email address (for account identification)
• Your Google account ID (for authentication)

We do not collect passwords, contacts, or any other personal data from your Google account.

How We Use Your Data

• To authenticate you and provide access to your projects
• To associate projects with their owners and members

Data Storage

Your data is stored in Google Cloud Firestore. Project data you create (milestones, tasks, commits) is stored alongside your account identifier.

Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, share, or provide your data to third parties. Your project data is only visible to you and members you explicitly invite.

Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
